Nutrition Coaching - what to expect

As a certified nutrition coach, I am honoured that you are considering working with me to improve your health and relationship with food. Many of us mothers and women struggle with poor body image, low energy, a negative relationship with food and poor eating habits. ​

I offer one-on-one and small-group coaching to help support you in making the changes you want to make to your nutrition goals. Your body is a blessing from God (though I know you probably struggle to see it as one) and a vessel to live your calling. Through healing the relationship between food and body, I can help you to make lasting changes and find the freedom and energy you need as a mother and woman of God.

What can you expect from a coaching session with me?

  • Focus on Long-Term Sustainability: Your journey towards a healthier lifestyle starts here! In our coaching sessions, the emphasis is on creating habits that are sustainable for the long term. We'll work together to develop strategies that fit seamlessly into your busy life as a mum.

  • Personalized Goal Setting: You are unique and so are your goals, lifestyle, family situation and priorities. We will work together to set clear goals and make a realistic plan to reach these goals together. Whether you want to improve your relationship with food and body, manage weight, improve energy levels or getting active again, I am excited to work with you on these goals 

  • Education on Nutritious Food Choices: Nutrition guidelines are notoriously vague and often confusing. Through our coaching sessions, I will work with you in taking these vague and confusing ideas and applying them to your life with a simple and specific plan that works with your lifestyle. 

  • Sustainable Exercise Plans: Almost every woman I have ever met has told me that she wants to be more active but she just doesn't know how to make it happen. I get it. Ive been there too. Through many years of trial and error as well as working with many other women (and some men too), I have been able to help these women establish sustainable and realistic 

  • Building Confidence in Your Choices: Empowerment is a core element of our sessions. I'll support you in building confidence in your health choices, ensuring you feel knowledgeable and secure in your decisions. This confidence will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle even when facing challenges or busy periods
